Scanner program for the Sheriffs Dept

I had my scanner programmed for Madison Co. Ill and The Co. is on star com . I can hear all the star com channels but the sheriffs dept. Im in contact with your staff to resolve this problem

I live in an area where police just went digital so I had to buy a new scanner. They are almost impossible to do so I had Scanner Master do it. The first time it was sent to me it didn't work. I returned it and it came back in just a few days and works great! They know their business. I just wish I didn't have to pay to send it back but that is the way it goes sometimes. trust them. they are very honorable - and good at what they do.
